Certified Nurse Aides deliver the vast majority of daily living care provided to residents in a nursing home. The Institute of Medicine and the American Nurses Association have concluded that each nursing home resident needs a minimum of 2.80 hours of CNA care per day for safety and basic daily living care. But COUNTRY LANE GARDENS REHAB & NURSING CENTER averaged only 1.83 hours of CNA care per resident per day from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017, based on its daily payroll staffing records, as reported by CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).
Every month from September 2017 to February 2018, COUNTRY LANE GARDENS REHAB & NURSING CENTER received an OVERALL rating of 1-star out of 5 from CMS, the lowest rating possible for a nursing home.
