Certified Nurse Aides deliver the vast majority of daily living care provided to residents in a nursing home. The Institute of Medicine and the American Nurses Association have concluded that each nursing home resident needs a minimum of 2.80 hours of CNA care per day for safety and basic daily living care. But KINDRED TRANSITIONAL CARE AND REHABILITATION-RIDGMAR (now called Ridgmar Medical Lodge) averaged only 1.98 hours of CNA care per resident per day from January 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017, based on its daily payroll staffing records, as reported by CMS.

These low staffing levels significantly reduced KINDRED TRANSITIONAL CARE AND REHABILITATION-RIDGMAR’s labor costs. According to its most recently published Medicare Cost Report, KINDRED TRANSITIONAL CARE AND REHABILITATION-RIDGMAR generated annual gross revenues of $12,315,547.

If you or a loved one have received deficient care at KINDRED TRANSITIONAL CARE AND REHABILITATION-RIDGMAR, we would like to hear your story.
