The Institute of Medicine and the American Nurses Association have concluded that each nursing home resident needs a minimum of 2.8 hours of CNA care per day for safety and basic services. But ESTATES HEALTHCARE AND REHABILITATION CENTER averaged only 1.76 hours of CNA care per resident per day from April 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017, based on its daily payroll staffing records, as published by CMS.
